To easily fall asleep consistently, Sleep Wave go to bed at around the same time every night. You'll have to resist any temptation to stay up past your "bedtime." For instance, if there's an interesting TV show that pops up unexpectedly, turn off the TV and force yourself to go to bed. It will take some willpower to do that. But if you stay up past your regular sleeping time, you'll find it harder to fall asleep the next night when you go to bed at the regular time you sleep.

Do you have to sleep at exactly the same time every night? Not necessarily. If you find that you can get to sleep well if you sleep at roughly the same time, but not at the exact time, then that will work too. For instance, if you can fall asleep consistently by sleeping at around 9pm to 11pm, roughly around a 10pm sleeping time, then that works too.

Find what works for you and stick to it.Sleep is essential to our survival. Some of us love the feeling of sleep and others hate it when it comes around because they have to stop what they are doing. Before we get into dreams, I'd like to spend today talking a little more about sleep, which is the condition prior before our dreams.
